We offer a complete computer repair and support service for dometic users and operate a pick-up service for faulty computers at no extra cost. Our pricing structure is simple as we charge by the hour with a minimum 1 hour fee of £35.00 (ex VAT)*: if the job can be completed within an hour then that’s all you pay! We will estimate the time taken to fix your computer problem and give you a call with an estimate before undertaking any work.

Examples of the more common tasks we undertake for home computer customers are:

• Hardware Upgrades - Supply and fitting of a new graphics card, RAM or sound card, for example.
• Virus Removal - Restoring computer functionality by diagnosing and removing a computer virus, Trojan or spyware.
• Computer Performance Upgrade - Various tasks to speed-up the performance of a computer such as increasing RAM.
• Data Recovery - Recovering files from a corrupt/broken hard-drive.
• Hard-Drive Upgrade - Installing a new, usually larger, hard-drive and ensuring data is copied to the new drive from the old drive.
• Computer MOT - Full diagnostic testing and performance enhancement to aid speed and data integrity of a computer.
• Operating System Installation - Full hard-drive formatting and installation of a new operating system (OS) such as Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Linux.
• Repairs - We fix all manner of computer failures from hardware to software problems.

*Please note: if the work requires the installation of specific hardware and/or software then the charge of that sotware/hardware will be in addition to the hourly labour charge quoted.
