Our computer repairs service operates on both an ‘ad-hoc’ basis - call us when you need us - and as part of one of our subscription packages. Our software support is usually undertaken remotely involving one of our technicians temporarily taking control of your computer online and resolving the issue. In extreme circumstances it may be necessary for us to collect the computer.
