At present we offer software support to Microsoft Windows and its default components only. This includes problems with the operating system itself and the software that is installed with Windows: Outlook Express, Internet Explorer. We also have a working knowledge of other packages but cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve all issues.

Our software support is usually undertaken remotely involving one of our technicians temporarily taking control of your computer online and resolving the issue. In extreme circumstances it may be necessary for us to collect the computer.
