We offer a number of flexible ways for you to obtain the levels of computer support you require for your business. For businesses that don’t require ongoing support, we provide full ‘one-off’ services to deal with all manner of IT crises.
If your network won’t share data or one of your computers won’t boot up - give us a call and e will get you back up and running in no time for a one-off fee!
Our subscription-based service gives total piece of mind to businesses in the knowledge that we are here to give advice and react to issues as they arise both remotely and on-site at a reduced rate to ad-hoc services. Furthermore, our subscription services can also have bolt-ons such as monthly computer and network maintenance scheduled, for example.
The third option is the ‘bulk’ advanced purchase of support tickets, enabling a number of ‘incidents’ to be pre-paid and then used as and when required throughout the year. This option, along with the contract service are the most cost-efficient we offer.
All our service levels can also operate as either remote support (telephone/email/remote control), on-site or a combination of both to give total flexibility as to the computer support service you require. The cost implication is, of course, greater for site attendance. However if a business is already contracted for on-site attendance this will be at a lower rate than if we are needed on-site on a contract that is remote only.
