About UK-Tech Computer Support

UK-Tech Computer Support Services are part of Redditch-based SalesFunnel.co.uk, suppliers of a wide-range of IT services to businesses and domestic computer users in and around Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Originally supplying bespoke database systems, the company has grown considerably over the years and encompasses several specialist divisions of which UK-Tech Computer Support Services is one.

Operating from our base in Redditch, we are well positioned to offer our computer support services throughout the Midlands and our close proximity to the hub of the UK’s motorway network enables us to provide realistic response times should on-site technical support and assistance be required.

We offer a wide-range of IT support services and means of engaging our services as you will see throughout this website (for further details see the Services page). Our primary objective is to ensure you have the hassle-free use of your computer and IT equipment and that, should it go wrong, that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum with the problem being rectified swiftly and efficiently.

To achieve this, we offer several ‘tiers’ of support and an escalation of support would normally follow the below process:

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that we do not need to remove equipment from your premise for repair, as the schematic above shows, sometimes this may be necessary and – in the case of equipment being beyond repair or where a repair would be of significantly more cost than to simply replace the defective item – removal of the equipment would be necessary.

However, such instances are rare and the majority of problems can be resolved either by our technicians remotely connecting to the computer equipment and/or network over the Internet and diagnosing and fixing the issue or by the on-site attendance of one of our technicians.

To further enhance the speed and efficacy of our service we would recommend an IT Audit as early as possible so that all the required details are to hand when you need to report and problem to our technicians.  We do undertake such a service and highly recommend that either we are tasked to complete and IT Audit or our clients undertake one themselves at the start of a support contract with ourselves.
